Who cares for the carers?… We do! ❤️

At Okehampton Community Garden, we have created a space for the people who spend their working lives caring for others.

Opening our garden to Nurses and Frontline Staff. Giving you somewhere to step away from the pressures of the day.

There’s no agenda and no expectations.

Just a welcoming space where you can pause, breathe and recharge.

We know that caring for others take an emotional and physical toll.

Sometimes, after giving everything to others, you simply need somewhere for you.

You matter too!

Join us every Tuesday 10am to 1pm from the 1st September.

Come along, have a cuppa, cake and chat, if you want to.

No counselling. No therapy. Just a little space where your soul can breathe.
